Press Release (24 October 2007)New Exhibitors Line Up For Business
Both the Highland Hall and the Lowland Hall at the Royal Highland Centre will be packed to capacity with a huge range of products on display while the Central Hall will be offering technical advice on maximising home-grown feed. The machinery hall, introduced last year, has fast become a major showcase for manufacturers and distributors and promises to be a major attraction for visitors. Elsewhere, minerals for livestock seem to be flavour of the month with three new exhibitors - Inform Nutrition Ireland, Vitfoss and Thomson & Joseph – featuring products essential for health, fertility and productivity. On animal health and welfare generally, the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh is taking space for the first time. The school provides second opinion veterinary advice and consultancy on all aspects of herd and flock health including metabolic blood profiles on over 8000 dairy cows. Other new exhibitors focus on cheese-making, flooring, hygiene chemicals, waste re-cycling and energy crop production – proof surely that AgriScot is an all industry event. It’s a cliché perhaps…but there is something for everyone at Scotland’s farm business event with all the products, services, information and advice necessary for efficient and profitable farming.
